Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential and mixed-use construction projects in Wicklow, Ireland.
* Developing comprehensive programme plans to ensure timely project delivery
* Managing procurement processes and maintaining strict cost control measures
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards and building regulations
* Coordinating on-site health and safety initiatives in conjunction with the safety team
* Leading site teams and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role
* Proven track record of delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects
* Background working with Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
* Knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferable)
