L3 Support Technicians will lead and deliver complex IT solutions across Microsoft Azure, Intune, and networking infrastructure.
The role involves collaborating with clients to scope, design, implement, and support cutting-edge cloud infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Azure migrations to ensure seamless transitions for clients
* Design and implement Microsoft Intune environments that meet client requirements
* Deliver network infrastructure projects on time and within budget
* Act as a senior escalation point during project delivery, providing expert guidance and support
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering Azure projects, with a strong track record of success
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and its applications
* Solid networking skills, with expertise in designing and implementing network infrastructure
* Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
