We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join a busy customer support team on a 6-month contract. This role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and working closely with colleagues across operations, logistics, finance, and sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Based onsite in South Dublin - hours 8.30 -17.00 Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities Customer Service Representative:
1. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online portals.
2. Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
3. Track orders and follow up on any delays or issues.
4. Record, escalate, and resolve complaints efficiently.
5. Support internal teams by handling administrative and service tasks.
6. Provide product and service information to customers.
7. Contribute to process improvement and take on additional specialist tasks as experience grows.
Qualifications of Customer Service Representative:
8. Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or contact centre environments.
9. Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or CRM systems (., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
11. Strong customer focus with attention to accuracy and detail.
