This role is critical in overseeing the electrical design, implementation, and quality assurance of our data centre project based in Dublin.RequirementsManage, review, and coordinate electrical design and construction drawings; resolve technical issues and drive solutionsProvide expert technical advice and guidance to subcontractors and site teams on all aspects of electrical engineeringLead and prioritise tasks for the technical team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of worksMonitor subcontractor performance to ensure full compliance with project plans, schedules, and Health & Safety regulationsProactively identify and resolve issues using established troubleshooting and root-cause analysis techniquesOversee document control processes, ensuring all logs, records, and technical documentation are maintained and updatedPrepare and coordinate test packs and handover documentation for electrical systems in line with commissioning and client requirementsPromote and enforce high standards of compliance and governance, including:Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety risksRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance safety and performanceEnsure all subcontractors maintain excellent site housekeeping and organisationSkills / Qualifications:Relevant Electrical Qualification essential eg.
