We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer based in Ireland to join our consulting team. This role will lead projects that require strong communication and messaging skills as well as design and user research experience.
To Note – the first 12 months of this role will involve working with a research‑focused client. You’ll get to work alongside a team of brilliant designers, researchers and consultants on projects for some of the best companies in the world.
Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 in-depth interviews, user testing, diary studies, and other research techniques to uncover what users need.
Ensure that user research makes a real difference in the rest of the project.
Define user flows and work on messaging strategy across multiple channels.
Co‑create strategies, content and designs with clients.
Communicate outputs in specification to the rest of the project team.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
Deliver solutions on time and with high quality.
Prototyping and testing content / messaging like any other interaction.
Discuss web and mobile technologies with clients and development teams.
Qualifications
Strong research experience in qualitative and quantitative methods – including 1:1 interviews, user testing and mixed methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner.
5+ years of UX experience delivering projects in-house or agency.
Delivered tangible results for businesses and organisations of all sizes.
Extensive experience setting up UX projects.
Experience designing, organising and facilitating successful client workshops.
Eligible to live and work in the EU.
