Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day customer service activities, including order processing, call handling, query and complaint management, liaison with warehouse, backorder management, sales support, liaison with accounts receivable, price management, customer master data maintenance, recall support, ensuring customer orders are processed on time and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call handling and customer inquiries
* Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Liaison with warehouse and monitor delivery performance
* Backorder management and stock control
* Sales support and product availability
* Liaison with accounts receivable and credit management
* Price management and control
* Customer master data maintenance and recall support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in English
* 2-3 years customer service experience
* Relevant 3rd level qualification
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Strong service orientation and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
