As a Client Service & Operations Lead, you will manage our Regional Business service teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients and contribute to senior management decisions in line with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:Leading our regional client service team to provide management and advisory supportWorking with the management team to achieve business unit budget and objectives.Aligning to the broader WILLIS Specialism growth strategy both in terms of people and growth. Overseeing renewals, claims, financial, and regulatory reporting for clients and the businessPreparing KPI and MI reports and presenting to the Head of Operations and Head of RegionsParticipating in strategic and transformation projects from start to finish including business unit reviews and regular management meetings.
