Job Title
A payroll specialist plays a pivotal role in the timely and accurate end-to-end processing of client payrolls. This involves ensuring compliance with legislation, calculating payroll data including new hires, terminations, statutory deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PAYROLL PROCESSING & COMPLIANCE: Process end-to-end payrolls for clients, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and legislative compliance.
2. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing queries, and providing professional payroll advice to resolve issues and queries.
3. TEAM COACHING: Conduct peer reviews of payroll processed by junior colleagues to ensure accuracy and compliance, and support the coaching and development of junior team members.
