Barden is partnering with a leading Irish organisation currently hiring a legal secretary/administrator to join the Legal team in Cork.
The position will be offered initially on a 12 months' fixed term contract but there is potential for extension.
THE ROLE
* Drafting, reviewing and managing standard legal documents such as NDA's.
* Coordinating the execution process for contracts and other legal documents.
* Managing legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.
* Liaising with external counsel and service providers.
* Providing other administrative support to the Legal team as required.
THE PERSON
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal secretarial/administrator experience.
* Strong IT skills, including on document management systems.
* Fast and accurate typing.
* Excellent communication skills, highly organised and strong attention to detail.
* Full driving license.
