Job Title: Technical Service Desk Delivery Director

The successful candidate will oversee their business unit, manage their team, and mentor their engineers. They will also be responsible for training and upskilling the engineering department, providing expertise when needed, and implementing daily structures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Mentoring and developing the growing engineering team
* Guiding and mentoring Resource Controllers
* Ensuring the delivery and growth of the business units margin
* Maximizing revenue and profitability per employee through effective KPI management
* Increasing the teams understanding of SLA obligations and commercial awareness
The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence others. They must be flexible, adaptable, and tolerant in a dynamic work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.
