Residential Property Manager Role Hays Recruitment is working with a leading provider of property management services to find an experienced residential property manager. Our client has an excellent reputation in the Irish property sector and has recently been awarded a new portfolio of business. This role involves managing portfolios of residential developments, including: 1. Overseeing the administration of all developments. 2. Ensuring that clients' queries are responded to promptly via email or phone, reviewing correspondence, approving drafts where necessary, and sending responses. 3. Reviewing and managing credit control issues for owners' management companies (OMCs). 4. Liaising with our operations team regarding work required on each development, including tendering processes within developments. 5. Liaising with our accounts department regarding audited accounts from draft to final.
