Job Description
The M&E Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of multiple projects across diverse regions.
This key member of our team is responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, meeting high standards of quality and timeliness.
They will work closely with site management teams to coordinate M&E activities, manage design build projects, and prepare contractual claims as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate M&E activities for multiple projects allocated by senior management, focusing on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget constraints.
* Manage design build projects to meet client expectations while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards at all times.
* Support site management teams on M&E packages to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
* Prepare contractual claims and dispute resolutions as necessary, protecting company interests at all times.
* Assist in estimating projects and managing final retentions, including contra charges and subcontractor payments.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A degree qualification or relevant experience in the industry is essential.
* At least 2 years' experience in an M&E Coordinator role is preferred.
