Purpose: Care for the elderly and people with disabilities in Cork City.

Duties & Tasks:
* Promote and encourage independence for all clients.
* Activities of daily living.
* Assisting with personal care including showering, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene.
* Catheter and Stoma Care support.
* Supporting feeding and meal preparation.
* Prompting medication.
* Light housework appropriate to the care plan including commode hygiene and laundry.
* Companionship and trips out including hospital appointments and shopping.
* Alzheimer and Dementia care activities for clients.
* Step-down care.
* End-of-life care.
* Primary Care Team support.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 or equivalent nursing certificate
* Full Irish Driving Licence
* Applicants must have a good command of the English language (B2).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00 per year
