HR Professional
The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support and guidance to various departments within an organization.
This includes managing HR operations, encompassing payroll administration, leave management, resource planning, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary HR contact and business partner for multiple Legal and Business Services departments.
* Manage a broad range of HR operations, including payroll preparation, leave management, resource planning, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Requirements:
* Strong track record in a Human Resources Generalist role with a minimum of three years solid HR experience in a legal or professional services firm.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Disciplined ability to document work and to manage their time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
