We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Bar Manager to join their well-established hotel operation in Kildare. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel's busy bar and lounge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience, and confident in managing a high-performing team. Our client is a renowned 4-star property in County Kildare, part of a respected hotel. The property prides itself on delivering high-quality service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a memorable experience for all guests-both local and international. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and product quality. Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management. Implement and maintain health & safety, licensing, and hygiene standards. Drive sales through promotions, events, and seasonal offerings. Manage rotas, staff training, and performance evaluations. Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle guest feedback proactively. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager role, ideally in a hotel or high-volume bar. Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and current trends in the bar industry. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
