Operations Manager – Premium Fitness & Wellness Studio (Multi-Site Expansion)We're working with a high-end fitness and wellness brand that is growing fast—expanding from two to three beautifully designed, service-led studios in North and EastLondon.
Known for their premium offering, and strong community, this is a business on the rise, and they're now seeking a confident, proactive Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of their journey.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that blends strategic operations oversight with people management, process improvement, and front-end sales support.
You'll be at the heart of day-to-day excellence while working closely with the Founder andsenior management to ensure the smooth, successful running of a standout wellness experience.
? Salary: £40,000 base + OTE
?Amazing working perks including full access to the gym and all its facilities
? Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
? Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

The Role...

Studio Operations & Strategy Own and optimise the daily operations across the studio, ensuring systems, service, and staff run smoothlyWork closely with leadership to implement and improve operational workflows as the brand expands to new sitesEnsure a premium, seamless client experience at all touchpoints—from entry to class to treatmentOversee health & safety, cleanliness, compliance and facilities management to the highest standardManage supplier relationships and procurement to ensure efficiency and cost controlTeam Management Support with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new team membersLead the Front of Houseteam, promoting high performance, engagement, and accountabilityCreate and maintain a positive, professional working culture aligned with brand valuesSales & Commercial Support Actively support membership and treatment sales through studio tours, enquiries, and consultative conversationsTrain and support the team on soft selling and upselling techniquesTrack sales metrics and support management with weekly performance reportingAssist with local community outreach and partnerships to help drive brand awareness and lead generationCustomer Experience Be a hands-on presence in the studio, building relationships with members and resolving issues efficientlyEnsure the studio environment is always welcoming, supportive, and aligned with the brand's wellness ethosCollaborate with the wider team to support in-studio events and activations that engage the member communityThe Person... Experience and Qualifications: 1–2+ years in an operational management role, ideally within fitness, wellness, or premium hospitalityStrong leadership qualities and experience managing front-of-house or customer-facing teamsCommercially minded with some sales capability and confidence in client-facing interactionsHighly organised with an ability to juggle priorities across multiple functionsA self-starter with a calm, confident presence and solutions-focused attitudePassionate about wellness, client service, and delivering meaningful customer experiencesStrong written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detailComfortable using systems to track operations and support sales performanceSkills and Characteristics: Sales-Driven: Enthusiastic about sales and business development with a strong focus on achieving results.Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for health, and fitness, with the ability to convey this enthusiasm to others.Customer-Focused: A strong understanding of what it means to deliver high-end, premium service and the ability to personalise the sales approach accordingly.Leadership: Capable of leading by example, motivating the team, and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment.Self-Motivated: Proactive and highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and work independently when needed.Problem Solver: Solutions-oriented, able to think creatively when faced with challenges or obstacles.Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, willing to adapt sales strategies based on business needs and market conditions.If you are driven, and looking to make a difference, this is the role for you!
