We're looking for a proactive and organised Buyer / Stores Person to join our clients on-site team supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll manage everything from purchase orders to stock control — working closely with site technicians and the on-site Account Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Manage purchase orders from request to delivery using ERP systems.
* Maintain accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and organise the stores area.
* Liaise daily with suppliers and internal teams to meet production needs.
* Support reporting, cost saving, and continuous improvement projects.
* Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and site quality standards.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in purchasing, stores, or supply chain.
* Strong attention to detail and confidence with ERP systems and Excel.
* Great communication and problem-solving skills.
