About the Role:
This role involves leading requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for Workday and related HR/payroll systems. The successful candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, and WFM process owners to identify automation and improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams
* Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for Workday and related HR/payroll systems
* Partner with HR, Payroll, and WFM process owners to identify automation and improvement opportunities
* Collaborate with external systems integrators and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery
* Manage system changes through established change management processes
* Develop and maintain detailed process maps, system documentation, and data flow diagrams
* Support ongoing releases and enhancements
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Workday, ADP, WFM, and other enterprise applications
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Human Capital Management systems, particularly Workday, along with Payroll and WFM solutions.
