Working in a team within high volume production you will ensure machines are available and safe to ensure production is running at maximum efficiency. The role involves a mixture of reactive and preventative maintenance. You will need to be able to work in a team and provide adequate support to production. What you'll need to succeed: - It is essential you have experience or highly transferable skills in production maintenance. The company are growing and rely on flexibility to support this growth period through overtime when required but not excessively. Working hours are Monday-Friday on an earlies/lates weekly rotation allowing for good work/life balance as you retain your weekends.
