Offer description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on operations professional to join our team.

This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours of work per week over five days, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring smooth efficient service across all departments.
* Work with the Director on targets and strategic planning.
* Lead motivate departmental managers and staff supporting training development.
* Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company standards.
* Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage sales/events and hotel systems.
* Proven track record in people management achieving operational targets.
* Excellent communication organization and leadership skills.
