Customer Service Specialist – Manufacturing Sector

Cpl is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented professional to join a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer service queries.
* Process and manage sales orders, ensuring materials and tooling meet delivery schedules.
* Liaise with internal teams to monitor order progress and provide timely customer updates.
* Investigate and resolve issues in collaboration with the Customer Support Manager.
* Maintain accurate production, shipping, and stock records using ERP/MRP systems.
* Support ongoing improvement projects and participate in training as required.
Requirements:
* 3rd Level or PLC qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service role (manufacturing experience an advantage).
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP software.
* Customer‑focused, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
