We are an established Irish Main Contractor with a strong pipeline of work, delivering high-specification commercial, fit-out and hospitality projects across Dublin and Leinster.
The Role – Site Manager
An experienced Site Manager will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams and work closely with Project Managers and senior management to maintain programme targets and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations on commercial and fit-out construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Drive programme delivery and maintain construction milestones.
Monitor workmanship and uphold high quality finishing standards.
Carry out regular site inspections and manage snagging processes.
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
Coordinate materials, labour and plant on site.
Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders throughout delivery.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out, commercial or hospitality projects.
Main Contractor experience within the Irish construction industry is essential.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and meet programme deadlines.
Strong focus on quality, safety and efficient project delivery.
Trade or construction-related qualification preferred.
Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments.
