Duty Manager – Food & Beverage Luxury Property
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager – Food & Beverage to oversee the daily operations of our luxury property's Food & Beverage department. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Food & Beverage operations to ensure consistent delivery of luxury standards.
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to excel in customer service and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to create memorable guest experiences.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage stock control, ordering, and financial budgets to optimize profitability.
* Act as a key point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage management. You will also have a proven track record of leading and developing successful teams, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
