* Experience of working in new Communities/minority groups
* Experience of working with vulnerable homeless communities/services
* Experience of Addiction Services
* Experience in addressing health needs of diverse migrant communities
* Experience of working with agencies external to the HSE (e.g. Dept. of Housing, DSP, and other government departments in relation to vulnerable persons/families)
* Experience delivering services in partnership with NGOs and managing the associated funding
* Experience of working with marginalised groups is desirable
* Access to own transport is required as post will involve travel
