Site Engineer Residential (North Tipperary) A Site Engineer is required for a leading residential developer working on a major 300+ unit housing development in North Tipperary.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in delivering a large-scale residential project from its very beginning.The successful candidate will support the project team in setting out, quality control, and site coordination, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.This is a 3-year project with strong potential for continued work on future developments in the area.Duties: Setting out, levelling, and surveying using GPS, total stations, and related equipment.Overseeing construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.Coordinating closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors, and design teams.Maintaining daily site records, quality checks, and progress reports.Assisting with planning and scheduling of site activities.Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Supporting materials control, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.Solving technical queries and contributing to efficient site delivery.Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.24 years experience as a Site Engineer, ideally on residential or housing developments.Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.Proficient in setting out equipment, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a site management team.Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Salary & Benefits: Salary circa €5565k, depending on experience.Excellent benefits package.Long-term career progression with further planned projects in the region.If you are a Site Engineer with residential construction experience and are interested in a long-term opportunity in North Tipperary, please send your CV or contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion.Email: GPC will not send any applicants CV to clients without full discussion and prior consent.
