For this role you will provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting that support strategic decision-making, improve business performance, and ensure financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Analyze financial data, trends, and variances
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
??
Business Support
Provide insights to management on profitability, cost control, and efficiency
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and business cases
??
Data & Modeling
Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, ROI, valuation, etc.)
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies
Support audits and regulatory reporting
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
Qualifications & Skills
?? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA/CPA preferred)
?? Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and corporate finance
?? Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle)
?? Analytical mindset with attention to detail
?? Excellent communication and presentation skills
?? Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Experience
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking (depending on level)
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Exposure to industry-specific financial practices (e.g., manufacturing, tech, banking) is a plus
