12 Month Corporate Receptionist Contract

We are seeking a highly experienced and flexible Corporate Receptionist to join our reception team. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service to both clients and internal colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a similar corporate reception setting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end office environment. You will be required to work shifts, including early starts and late finishes, and may be required to work alone on occasion.

Duties:

* Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming welcome
* Organising taxis and couriers as required
* Liaising with catering partners and AV technicians to ensure seamless event execution
* Providing administrative support as needed
* Answering high volumes of phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in a corporate reception setting, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early starts and late finishes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and switchboard systems
