Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and assist with the end-to-end finance requirements of our business.
Main duties include:
* Complete AP & AR functions
* Account reconciliation
* Payment runs and bank reconciliation
* Preparing weekly reports: cashflows, gross profit calculations, KPI reports
* Preparation and submission of all necessary tax returns including VAT returns, PAYE/PRSI returns
* Month end reporting including prepayments and accruals
* Assisting with the preparation of Management Accounts
* Liaising with external auditors in relation to statutory accounts
