The role of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner is to provide high-quality interventions and drive best practice within our organisation.
* Develop and implement behaviour support strategies that enhance patient care and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external partners to deliver person-centred care.
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A strong background in nursing intellectual disability with relevant clinical experience.
* Registration as a Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) with the NMBI or eligibility for registration.
* An Annual Patient Safety Assurance Certificate (PSAC) aligned with NMBI standards.
* A full clean driving licence and access to your own transport.
