Specialist Role in Offsite Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a specialist project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction management principles, including on-site operations, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, incorporating inputs from various stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the production manager, design manager, and commercial manager to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
* Co-ordinate site activities, manage multiple fitting crews, and report any cost implications to the commercial manager.
