Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to site managers and other stakeholders on all aspects of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, change management, and day-to-day HR operations.
* Support managers with grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and performance management.
* Process employee data, maintain records, and update HRIS systems.
* Support site reorganisations, department restructures, and change initiatives.
* Assist with employee communications and deliver engagement activities.
