* Provide excellent customer service in food and beverage settings.
* Assist in food preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas.
* Set up and clear down dining areas, ensuring a smooth service.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Handle customer queries or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
* Experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and shift patterns as required.
