* As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will drive monthly and quarterly fee targets by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and negotiating on behalf of your candidates.
* You will source top talent using job portals, social media, and other methods, schedule interviews, verify references, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
* Develop expertise in the specialist sector and market you recruit for, prepare candidates and clients for interview, and maintain accurate records on our database system.
* What we are looking for:
* 3-4 years prior sales or recruitment experience, or ambitious individuals willing to learn and grow with us.
* Strong organisational skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, professional/motivated demeanour, and entrepreneurial spirit.
