Site Manager for one of Ireland's leading property developers with high-end developments in the Midlands Area, with decades of experience constructing residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Delivering high quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks across several counties including Laois, Kildare & Carlow.
Responsibilities:
* As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over three years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
* Be responsible for all activities/sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.
* Manage the initial phase of 80 units with further developments on the same site over several years.
* Work closely with the Project Director at a genuine market-leading company.
