What's the opportunity?
We're looking for a hungry and ambitious sales person to join the Intercom sales team in EMEA. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our existing business. We're building a world-class sales organization, and the road ahead is very exciting. At Intercom, we are striving to do sales differently. What will I be doing?
- Owning and acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Driving net growth within your portfolio
- Identifying and working on expansion opportunities
- Managing a proactive renewal process
- Forecasting and planning pacing for each month and quarter
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure long-term success
- Communicating fluently in English and German (spoken and written)
- Having 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role
- Possessing 2+ years of SaaS experience
- Discovering customer pain points and articulating solutions
- Qualifying opportunities accurately
- Conducting light demos or working closely with Sales Engineers/CSMs
- Building compelling presentations (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.)
- Forecasting monthly or quarterly sales
- Experience working in B2B SaaS and with renewals
- Using the Command of the Message framework effectively
