Associate Director – Project Controls & Data Centre (Ireland and Europe)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a leading international engineering services contractor in Co. Cork. This is a permanent position with a considerable portfolio of work for the next 5+ years, offering a fantastic opportunity to build your career and work on ‘leading-edge’ engineering projects.
This role requires a dedicated professional with a background in High Voltage projects and a minimum of 5 years of site management experience on electrical design and build projects over €5 million.
The Role
As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be a key representative on major construction sites, responsible for all on-site activities from pre-mobilization to commissioning. You will be instrumental in the successful delivery of projects by:
* Assisting in the development of construction programs and schedules.
* Taking the lead on all on-site activities and managing project teams.
* Ensuring the highest standards of safety by conducting audits and enforcing safety protocols.
* Coordinating with subcontractors and other supervisors to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Maintaining a detailed site diary and managing project documentation.
* Executing project activities in line with quality procedures and inspection plans.

Requirements
* Recognised Electrical apprenticeship or trade certificate.
* Minimum of 5 years of Site Management experience.
* Proven experience managing electrical design and build projects in excess of €5 million.
* Strong computer abilities and professional acumen.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* A deep understanding of the constructability of projects and strong commercial awareness.
