Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially minded Inside Sales Executive to accelerate growth across EMEA for our portfolio of laboratory diagnostic products. You will own the full inside sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through pricing, quoting, and close—while collaborating cross‑functionally on competitive pricing strategy, market assessments, CRM excellence, and product management feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities
1) Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
• Build, qualify, and manage EMEA pipeline.
• Own end‑to‑end inside sales cycle.
• Forecast weekly and monthly; maintain CRM discipline.
2) Competitive Pricing & Commercial Strategy
• Prepare and optimize quotes and tenders.
• Perform competitive pricing analysis.
• Support channel partners with pricing guidance.
3) Market Assessment & Demand Generation
• Map target markets and prioritize ICPs.
• Track market signals and support marketing campaigns.
4) Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records.
• Execute structured account plans.
• Improve customer satisfaction scores.
5) Product Management Collaboration
• Provide market insights and VOC to Product.
• Support product launches and enablement assets.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 3–6+ years inside sales/commercial experience, ideally in diagnostics or life sciences.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• CRM proficiency
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or Life Sciences.

Working Model
• Onsite at HQ south of Dublin 4 days per week.
