What's involved: Collaborate with UX Research, Product Design, Product, and Engineering to create impactful digital experiences.
Contribute to and evolve Mastercard's Design System, building reusable components, tokens, and high-fidelity UI kits.
Design and prototype new product features that drive conversion and engagement.
Apply human-cantered design principles to turn complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions.
Continuously improve design efficiency through atomic design principles and component iteration.
What you need: Over 6 years of UX/UI design experience for consumer-facing products and B2 B solutions Expert in Figma, design systems, component creation, and interaction design.
Strong UX mindset with a passion for clarity, usability, and scalable design.
Experience with B2 B or B2 B2 C digital products; global product launch experience a plus.
Skilled in Design Thinking, rapid prototyping, and iterative design.
