We are seeking a skilled and experienced Localization Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with clients, and securing trust and maximizing lifetime value.

Key responsibilities include acquiring customer needs and requirements, defining account goals and objectives, and partnering with the sales team for seamless onboarding. You will also expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet and/or exceed their objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will be able to maintain open communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating problems. Regular reports of progress and forecasts will be prepared using key account metrics.
