Quality Manager
on behalf of a growing construction and manufacturing organisation in the South-East. This role will initially focus on quality assurance during a major site development phase and will transition into a long-term operational quality leadership role once the facility becomes fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain the plant's quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all processes.
* Collaborate closely with the plant leadership and key stakeholders to support the successful launch and scaling of the facility.
* Manage audits, inspections, and reporting to uphold the highest quality standards.

* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain quality systems in a high-volume production environment.
