Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection Employee Relations Employee Benefits Performance Management Training & Development The Person Degree in HR Management or business-related discipline 5 + year's experience working in a HR role, ideally manufacturing or related industry CIPD qualification preferred A sound knowledge of the NI employment law. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices Previous standalone or HR departmental ownership highly desirable The Package Salary for the role is up to £40k FTE, £25k pro rata based on 24 hrs working week.
