About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stocktaker with a strong background in Food & Beverage to join our growing team. Based in Central Dublin and covering multiple locations in the Greater Dublin area this is an exciting opportunity for someone coming from a hospitality background who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Food & Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or in a similar hospitality role, and will bring hands‑on experience in stock control, ordering, supplier liaison, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage stock levels across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliations
* Monitor wastage and implement systems to reduce loss and improve efficiency
* Identify and report any discrepancies or stock issues
* Track and report on usage, trends, and variances in F&B inventory
* Work closely with operations teams to forecast demand and optimise ordering
* Collaborate with management to maintain stockroom standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Support the setup of new clients with initial stock setups and supplier arrangements
* Travel between sites as required, with mileage/travel covered as expenses
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in hospitality, ideally in a Food & Beverage Manager or Bar Manager role
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent understanding of stock control procedures, ordering systems, and cost management
* Strong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Full clean driving licence would be ideal to travel between sites but not necessary.
* Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
