Responsibilities
Develop and maintain compliance framework/regulatory required documentation, both for clients and internally for Nostra, and advise on recommended processes and solutions.
Work with the Compliance Team (lead) to implement cyber protection regulations and frameworks for clients to adhere to industry‑specific standards.
Assist in Nostra’s (technical) compliance with applicable laws and regulations using security best practices, while maintaining compliance.
Help safeguard sensitive information, adapt to emerging threats, and facilitate business continuity for clients by implementing policies and keeping abreast of developments within the cybersecurity/compliance sector.
Support clients by assisting in the collection and coordination of internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to client management and/or the correct departments.
Requirements
3‑5 years’ experience in data protection/cyber resilience compliance.
Excellent documentation preparation skills (e.g. proficiency in Word and Excel, reporting).
Knowledge of cyber security systems/applications and their implementations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient management skills (including time management).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills to work between various departments, clients, etc.
ISMS Internal Auditor Training Course, GDPR Practitioner Certificate, or similar related cyber risk/Framework/Data protection implementation background.
Advantages
Certified DORA Foundation/Compliance, Certified Data Protection Officer, ISACA Certifications or similar. 3‑5 years’ experience in related roles (e.g. IT Support Engineer, IT Manager, Computer Systems Analyst).
