Senior Sales Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join our team in a leadership role. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the sales strategy, managing key accounts, and leading business development across meetings, events, and group segments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual sales plans with a focus on MICE and group business
* Manage a portfolio of key national accounts
* Identify and target new business opportunities across the domestic meetings and events market
* Spearhead site visits, large-scale events, and client meetings
* Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms meet business needs
* Mentor and support junior sales team members
* Contribute to commercial planning through weekly executive meetings
* Analyze sales activity and forecasting using CRM systems
* Stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel sales environment with strong MICE exposure
* A proven track record of growing revenue and managing key accounts
* Excellent commercial awareness and analytical mindset
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Experience mentoring or supporting a team
