The duties include, but will not be limited toCarry out assembly operations to meet with production requirementsEnsuring good housekeeping is maintained in your work areaWorking with the factory operatives and training them in safe work practicesMaintaining quality standards on products being manufacturedInspecting work to ensure it meets with quality standardsWorking with the production manager to achieve production requirementsCarrying out machine operations as requiredSetting up and operating machineryRequirementsHave 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.Be able to read workshop drawings.Be able to work on own innovative.Have experience of working within a team environment.Be able to work to a high standard.Be able to work to deadlines.Be flexible to work overtime when required.
