We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our reliability maintenance engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
">

* Demonstrating best practice on using equipment safely and monitoring teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes
">
* Keeping track of equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks and scheduling additional servicing when required
">
* Supervising technicians on shift to support their development and acting as the first point of contact for reliability maintenance engineers
">
* Solving issues in equipment to reduce downtime for operations so they can process packages as quickly as possible
">
* Supporting in finding ways to continually improve systems and standardise processes across the EU network
">
">
A typical day in this role would involve leading a team to ensure everyone has the equipment they need and that it's running properly. This includes monitoring processes to ensure regulations and policies are followed and performing preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.

You will also be responsible for suggesting improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive, implementing those improvements across an EU-wide function, and working closely with your line manager to assist with admin tasks.

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* A full Engineering indentured Advance Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NFQ Level 6 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
">
* Relevant experience in a technical leadership role
">
* Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
">
* Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments
">
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
">
">
Prior experience working in a multi-contractor and multi-site working environment, understanding of PLC based controls systems and statutory compliance requirements, and experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks are highly desirable.
