Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and assist project workers, volunteers, and staff as delegated by the Project Group Manager.
* Develop an induction program for new staff members.
* Assess training needs and provide opportunities for growth.
* Recruit and interview service staff and volunteers with the line manager's input.

* Implement financial procedures and ensure adherence.
* Manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Service Delivery:
* Meet client needs according to funder requirements.
* Regularly review risk assessments and support plans.
* Ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times.
