Project Management Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple active projects, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of works from planning through to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across multiple active projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines
* Align site activity with manufacturing schedules
* Prepare detailed Method Statements and RAMS
* Lead and support on-site teams
* Identify and engage subcontractors and suppliers as needed
* Maintain high standards in health & safety and quality control
* Provide regular progress updates to senior management
* Track all site activity, including labour, plant, and materials
Requirements:
* Proven project management experience
* Strong communication skills
* Familiarity with structural steel design and construction software
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Excellent understanding of technical drawings and specifications
* Hands-on experience in the fabrication and erection of structural steelwork
* Knowledge of quality and safety standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
