About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm based in Dublin. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for a candidate with a strong background in residential and/or commercial conveyancing who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing full secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the Conveyancing Department.
Preparing and formatting contracts, closing documentation, and title packs.
Managing dictation, correspondence, and file maintenance.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and the Land Registry.
Handling searches, stamping, and registration processes.
Managing key dates, diary scheduling, and file organisation.
Supporting billing, invoicing, and file closing.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing role.
Excellent knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
Strong MS Office skills and experience with case management systems.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
