Job Overview
Candidates are sought for a Production Specialist role to work on-site at a manufacturing facility. This fixed-term contract lasts between 3-11 months and involves a 2-cycle shift with competitive hourly pay and shift premium.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform unpacking, assembly, packing, and/or auditing of products at all stages of manufacturing.
* Conduct manual and administrative tasks related to product transformation and material handling.
* Understand and possess knowledge of various products, processes, resources, and manufacturing infrastructure to complete assigned tasks.
* Expertise in SAP (interpretation and transactional).
* Lead or participate in communities of practice such as Kaizen Circle, Inventory, 6S, ESD, and Streaming.
* Assigned areas may include DPE, DCT, Cab Integration, Sub Assembly, Drive Assembly, and/or packaging, preparing, and shipping products for internal and external customers.
Essential Requirements
* Able to work independently and in a team environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Assist with inventory reconciliations and scanning, including cycle counts, E&O tickets, and production scrap process.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Adaptable to change.

* Timely completion of required training both online and classroom.
